We have hired Reliable Security for the last 5 years since 2011 for our Annual week-long AKC/Eukanuba National Championship week of Dog Events in Orlando at the Convention Center. We are extremely satisfied with the service and working relationship we experience. Cedric Harmon, CEO of Reliable Security, is a true professional. He has an excellent core team and the knowledge, connections and expertise to hire the appropriate staffing needed for the given assignment. Cedrick is directly involved on-site and, in my opinion, his past experience in law enforcement is a definite plus. With all the challenges that pop up in putting on a large event, I am very glad to know at least one aspect I don’t have to worry about is Security. During last year’s event, at 6pm on Friday night, I found out one of the ticketed entrances for the next morning needed to open at 5:30am instead of 6:30am. Cedrick told me, “no worries, he would have it covered.” He is involved in our pre-planning meetings, on-site making “tweaks” when needed, and participating in our “post-con” with our team and the facility the day after the event to critique how things went. Reliable Security has been our go to partner for many years related to providing high quality and well trained security officers for our special events located throughout the United States. The key to high quality service is in the oversight the security officers receive on site and the communication between them and our special event management group on site. Cedric, Christy and their management team ensure that their security officers understand their post orders and then meticulously ensure that they are meeting the customers’ expectations by solid communication on a consistent basis throughout the event. We had a wonderful experience with Reliable Security top to bottom. Cedrick arrived early and was extremely pleasant to work with. He even walked each of our vendors to their cars late night and held the door for everyone. I comparison price shopped and they have excellent pricing as well. Also, their pre-event coordination (Christy) was handled perfectly. They were available to answer all of my questions and always available email and phone. We will absolutely use them again for any of our security.

I have worked with Reliable Security for over 8 years now and I have found Reliable Security to be unlike any other security company I have ever used. As well as offering a high level of service, they are also flexible, adaptable and always willing to make the extra effort. All of Reliable Security’s staff are polite and appropriately chosen for their role. They are punctual and conduct their duties as instructed.

Leading up to the event, I received excellent service and communication with Reliable Security management during the planning, implementation and debrief processes. I love how Reliable Security also offers First Aid which makes it really convenient to have both covered by one company.
